The Southeast Metropolitan Planning Organization (SEMPO) of Missouri is seeking professional consultant services to develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan under the SS4A Grant Program. The study is to be performed throughout the SEMPO Metropolitan Planning Area. Completed proposals are due no later than 4:00pm CST on Friday, August 11, 2023.
